  • Transparency in financial operations, both in terms of obtaining invitations for trials or interviews, and regular transfer of registration fees to GSO (GLOBAL SOCCER ORGANIZATION). In fact, the official premiums for opening and following up files and obtaining packages are set by a joint commission comprising representatives of the GSO and its partners. Once validated by the aforementioned commission, these premiums are used for the calculation of taxes, fees, and sports royalties. After deducting production costs, the GSO pays 5% of the revenue from its contracts to certain player training centers in Africa on a monthly basis.
  • Regular audits of agreements and contracts by renowned national and international firms.

Since 2011, the GSO has been a member of the Sports Transparency Initiative. This international forum

aims at more transparency in the management of contracts and agreements between players’ agents, sports organizations, and (sportsmen) players.
